THE YOGINIS JOURNEY:
Adorning The Goddess
March 2026
Join us on a transformative journey into the dark womb of the Divine Mother,
and initiate yourself into the lineage of the ecstatic Goddess Traditions of India.
Ritual initiations, interacting with Tantric priestesses and mystics,
tuning into your capacity for surrender and reunion with the
mother of all we know in South Asia as MA.
Guwahati, Kamakhya, Assam
Our retreat will commence by visiting the Kamakhya Devi Temple in Assam. Kamakhya, the place where Goddess Satis Yoni fell to earth, is considered the most potent Shakti Peetha (center of Goddess worship) in the landscape of India. Devotees throng to Kamakhya to linger with Tantric mystics, anointing themselves at the symbolic Vagina of the Divine Mother. Our group will spend the day in the intense Bhava of Kamakhya, taking in the rituals of the Goddess, meditating, and soaking in the blessings of Devi.
Varanasi
We will next travel to the holy city of Varanasi, located on the banks of the Ganges river. Varanasi, also known as ‘Kashi The Luminous’ is Shiva’s beloved city, where he and Goddess Parvati conceived the creation of the Universe. Exploring Varanasi's winding alleyways and magical ghats, we will take in the blessings of a myriad of Goddess temples in the city. Culminating with a private Puja ritual for our group at the Tripura Sundari Temple, Varanasi's cacophony of life and ritual clockwork nudge each Yogini to drop deep into examining the fringes of consciousness..what are you ready to surrender to Ganga Ma?
Cherai Beach, Kerala
Our retreat will close with a rejuvenating stay in Kerala, in the backwaters at Cherai beach, an hour outside of Kochi. Soaking ourselves in traditional Ayurvedic treatments, the serene surroundings of ocean waters and jungles will support integrating this experience, aligning each Yogini with her deepest wisdoms and intentions.
